Educational Qualification: As per BHAVINI official notification candidate should have completed 10th, 12th, ITI from any of the recognized boards or Universities.
Age Limit: As per the Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited Recruitment Notification, Candidate should have a minimum age of 16 years and Maximum of 24 years .

Selection Process:
- Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted for training based on marks obtained in their ITI standard/course and trade competency.
- Trade Test / Certificate Verification: Shortlisted candidates found suitable must appear for a Trade Test and Certificate Verification. Candidates bear their own related expenses for attending this.
- Medical Examination: Engagement is subject to qualifying the standard medical examination prescribed by the Competent Authority.
- Police Verification: Since BHAVINI is a highly protected area, apprentices are permitted only after submission of Police Verification by a Sub-Inspector or higher-ranked officer, obtained prior to joining the training.
