Experience Details
- Assistant General Manager: Preference given to the Candidates with MBA, Post Graduate. Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Certification is mandatory. Candidates with Minimum 12 years of experience in Officer cadre in IT as a Technology Architect.
- Chief Manager (Digital Technology): Preference given to the Candidates with MBA, Post Graduate. Candidates with Minimum 09 years of experience in Officer cadre in IT in banking and electronic payment services industry is mandatory
- Chief Manager (IT Project Management): Preference given to the Candidates with MBA, Post Graduate. Candidates should have Minimum 09 years of experience in Officer Cadre in IT & Minimum 05 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services or Insurance industry is mandatory
- Chief Manager (Banking & Payment Solution Architect): Preference Given to the Candidates with MBA, Post Graduate. Candidates with Minimum 09 years of experience in Officer cadre in IT in Banking or Electronic Payment Services industry is mandatory
- Senior Manager – Network/Infrastructure Administration: Preference Given to the Candidates with MBA, Post Graduate. Candidates should have Minimum 09 years of experience in Officer Cadre in IT. Candidates with Minimum 03 years of experience in network infrastructure/administration in banking or financial services or insurance industry is mandatory.
- Senior Manager (System/Database Administration): Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science will be given preference. & Minimum 06 years of experience in Officer Cadre in IT is mandatory, 03 years of experience in system/database administration in banking or financial services or insurance industry is mandatory.
- Manager (Digital Technology): Candidate with MBA, Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science will be given preference. Candidates With Minimum 3 years of experience in Officer Cadre in Information Technology function is mandatory
- Chief Manager (Security Architect): Candidate with MBA, Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science will be given preference. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification is mandatory & they should have minimum 09 years of experience in Officer cadre in IT in banking or Electronic Payment Services industry is mandatory.
- Senior Manager (Security Administration): Candidate with MBA, Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science will be given preference and they should have minimum 06 years of experience in IT in Officer Cadre & 03 years of experience in Security Administration function in banking or financial services or insurance industry is mandatory
- AGM – BSG (Business Solution Group): Candidates with minimum 12 years of experience in Officer cadre in Bank/financial institutions in direct Product Development/Product Technology/Business Solutions/Project Management
- Chief Manager – Retail Products: Candidates with minimum 09 years of experience in Officer Cadre in a Bank/Financial Institutions in direct Product Management/Development role related to Card Issuance
- Chief Manager – PG Acquiring: Candidates with minimum 09 years of experience in bank/financial institutions is mandatory & 05 years must be in Cards & Acquiring Product Management role.
- GM (Operations): CAIIB Certification is preferred. Candidates with minimum 18 years of experience in banking/financial Services industry is mandatory. Minimum 03 years of experience in heading or one level below the head of operations of a bank, operating in a technology environment, is mandatory.
- AGM (Operations): CAIIB Certification is preferred. MBA from University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body, is preferred. Candidates with minimum 12 years of experience in Officer Cadre in banking/financial Services industry is mandatory.
- Chief Manager (Operations): Candidates with minimum 09 years of experience in Officer Cadre is mandatory
- Senior Manager (Operations): CAIIB Certification is preferred. Candidates with minimum 6 years of experience in banking or financial Services industry is mandatory.
- Manager (Operations): Candidates with minimum 03 years of experience in Officer Cadre is mandatory & 02 years of experience in handling Procurement of Goods Services in a Government Organization Public Sector Bank Public Sector Undertaking is mandatory.
- DGM (Risk)/Chief Risk Officer: Candidate with CA/MBA Finance & they should have minimum 15 years of experience in Banking/Financial Sector in officer cadre is mandatory. M.Com degree will be preferred.
- Chief Manager (Fraud Monitoring): Candidate with minimum 09 years of experience in Officer grade in Banking Financial Sector with at least 05 years of experience in fraud monitoring is mandatory. CAIIB Certification is preferred & minimum 15 years of experience in
Finance and Accounting department of a bank is mandatory. - AGM (Financial Planning, Budgeting and Analysis): Candidate with minimum 12 years of experience in officer cadre in Finance/Accounts department is mandatory.
