TNPSC has released the notification regarding the new procedure that will be implemented by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission for applying online applications for direct recruitments except for the posts included in Group – I, II, and IV Services in order to speed up the process of selection.
- The candidates are required to upload all the documents/certificates at the time of the application process itself in support of the claim made in their online application.
- The candidates should mandatorily upload the certificates/documents at the time of submission of the online application itself in PDF
format i.e. one PDF file of not more than 200KB (with single or multiple pages) in support of each claim. - The details of the documents/certificates to be uploaded can be found in the notification of the recruitment.
- The uploading of documents shall be permitted from all sources including e-Seva centers. It shall be ensured by the candidates that the
online application is submitted by uploading all the required certificates. Therefore, in the future, the candidates who wish to apply for direct recruitment to the posts on the basis of the notification issued by the Commission are advised to scan all the required documents as mentioned in the notification in advance so that they can upload the same during the time of online application. - The candidates shall have the option of verifying the uploaded certificates through their OTR. If any of the documents have wrongly been uploaded or not uploaded or if any modifications are to be done in the uploading of documents, the candidates shall be permitted to upload/reupload the documents till two days prior to the date of hosting of hall tickets for that particular post. (i.e. twelve days prior to the date of examination)
- The online application of the candidates who have not uploaded the required supporting documents (correctly / clearly / legibly) on or
before the stipulated date shall be rejected. - The certificate verification process after the written examination will be purely based on the certificates/documents uploaded at the time of the Application stage. There will not be any further intimation/communication separately for uploading the certificates after the examination. Hence, the candidates shall take utmost care and caution in uploading the certificates/documents correctly.
